What’s therapy like for teenagers?

Being a teenager can be so tough! At Constellation Counseling you will find a non-judgmental, supportive space to process through difficult emotions and develop skills to manage the stress that comes with being a teen. In therapy you can explore identity, manage mood, and process stress from school, relationships, and family. Your work in therapy can build stronger communication, problem-solving skills, and resilience. We will work together to address anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or behavior issues as they come up.
